  • Two night stay
  • Full gourmet breakfasts each morning

  • Bottle of wine (choose white or red), desserts and romantic board games placed in your room the second night.

1st Night - Check in from 4:00 pm on, relax and unwind. Restaurant choices abound whether you seek a simple home-style meal or an extravagant dining experience. When you return, select a movie from our in-house library. Be it a comedy, romance or action-packed thriller you can snuggle up under the covers and enjoy your peaceful retreat.

Next Morning - A gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room and we guarantee you won't leave hungry. Then spend your day, as you desire. A few suggestions are:

  • Go wine tasting on the Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trails
  • Visit gorgeous parks, waterfalls and hiking trails
  • Check out antique shops, galleries and local stores
  • Or stay inside and lounge, read, play board games or work on the resident jigsaw puzzle in the game room

That night, when the sun goes down, it's time to play. In the intimacy of your own room, enjoy an award-winning bottle of local wine. Wrap yourselves in the cozy warmth of the fluffy robes. Arouse your enthusiasm with one of the provocative games discretely chosen for this special getaway. Enjoy a movie from the DVD library or socialize and relax in one of the common rooms prior to retiring. And of course, wake up to a marvelous breakfast!

Wine Tasting Tours

The Halsey House has teamed up with local limousine and touring companies to offer you tours tailored to fit your needs. Go wine tasting on the Cayuga Wine Trail, Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the Keuka Lake Wine Trail with your own personal designated driver!
